Maler der Schule von Parma, zweites Viertel des 16. Jahrhunderts PORTRAITBILDNIS DES MALERS PIETER BRUEGHEL D.J. (UM 1564 "" 1637/38) Öl auf Papier, auf Holz. 46,5 x 34 cm. Ungerahmt. Das Halbbildnis entspricht dem Künstlerportrait nach dem uns nicht bekannten Ölbild, veröffentlicht durch den Kupferstich von Egidius Sadeler d.J. (1570 "" 1629) und dem Portraitbildnis von Bartholomeus Spranger. Im Kupferstich ist der Maler im Hochoval dargestellt, gerahmt von einer Schriftbordüre mit seitlich flankierenden Allegoriegestalten und unten stehendem, mehrzeiligem Text. (1182121) (5)
