A George III oak cottage longcase clock, late 18th century, the broken architectural dentil moulded pediment with three brass ball and spire finials above a crossbanded square glazed door flanked by brass capped pilasters and enclosing an 11 inch white painted enamelled dial with Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds dial and date aperture, florally painted corners, 30 hour movement striking on a bell above a three quarter length crossbanded bevelled trunk door, ogive moulding and plain crossbanded base board and plinth, 81 in (205.74 cm) high
