A mahogany and inlaid longcase clock, second quarter 19th century, the broken scroll pediment above an arched glazed door flanked by turned half balusters enclosing a 14 inch painted arched enamel dial with Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds hand and date dial and marked Jaz Burroughs Ironbridge, painted with a child and dog in the arch, 8 day movement striking on a bell above a triple pointed arch top crossbanded three quarter length trunk door flanked by half pilasters over a rosewood panel, ogive moulding and crossbanded base board on later bracket feet, 89 in (226.06 cm) high
