A George III oak longcase clock, late 18th century, the square hood surmounted by three urn and spire finials above a square glazed door flanked by turned pilasters enclosing 11.75" square brass dial with Roman numerals, pierced foliate spandrels to the corners and engraved 'Thomas Chune, Shiffnall', 30-hour movement striking on a bell above a bevelled rectangular trunk door, ogive moulding and plain base board and raised on bracket feet, lacking hands, 77" high.
