A CHINOISERIE LACQUERED LONGCASE CLOCK, early 18th century, the moulded cornice painted with flowers above a square glazed door applied with two three-quarter pilasters enclosing an associated 11 inch square brass dial with silvered chapter ring and Roman numerals and marked 'J Wright, Warwick', pierced mask spandrels, eight day movement striking on a bell, glazed side panels above a full length trunk door with raised edge moulding and lacquered with a Chinese fisherman and tea houses and willow against a brown ground, over a further moulding and on later plinth, (cut-down, distressed), 77 in (195.58 cm) high
