The Michael Tanner Collection of race-worn plates from nine famous National Hunt horses, housed under glass in a custom made display case designed as a stable door, subjects comprising SPANISH STEPS, ROYAL RELIEF, COMEDY OF ERRORS, ROYAL FROLIC, THE DIKLER, FORT DEVON, TINGLE CREEK, SILVER BUCK & NIGHT NURSE; sold with a signed letter of authenticity from Michael Tanner confirming that the plates were collected in person between 1973 & 1979 directly from Edward Courage, Mercy Rimell, Fulke Walwyn, Harry Thomson Jones, Tony Dickinson and Peter Easterby; together with, when received in the first instance, letters/compliments slips from Messrs.
