Con certificado de autenticidad del artista, Oaxaca, marzo de 2011 Presenta ligeros detalles de conservación. Después de residir un tiempo en París, ciudad que lo nutrió del arte de vanguardia, regresó a su natal Oaxaca en 1988 Esto representó para él un reencuentro con sus orígenes, estableció una unión con tradiciones pictóricas diferentes y personalidades artísticas diversas, realizando tanto obras de fuerte abstracción como pinturas influenciadas por el lenguaje figurativo de la tradición artística popular de México.
