An impressive Victorian hallmarked silver four piece tea service comprising: teapot, hot water jug, twin-handled sugar bowl and cream jug, having richly chased decoration of foliage and cast decorated rim, makers mark `TW`, London 1871-72, approx weight 74oz together with a matched hallmarked silver salver raised on four tapering scroll feet, having typical chased decoration of scrolling foliage within a cast rococo border, engraved with inscription `St Clement Danes, this silver salver together with a service of plate value no Gui`s was presented to Mr Church Warden Smith as a token of the great esteem in which he is held by his fellow Parishioners May 1872` makers mark `DHCH`, London 1869-70, approx weight 44 oz, all fitted inside the original box with lift out tray enclosing canteen compartments, lacking contents (Illustrated)
