Description
A George V silver mounted jewel box the body standing on four stepped feet with a kidney shaped body and applied rectangular panel the interior with purple velvet lining, dated Birmingham 1914. The box is in need of some attention, the silver has general surface scratches and marks with spots of tarnishing. Above each of the legs the silver has split. To one side the tortoise shell lid has come away from the silver mount. The box does wobbles noticeably and does not sit straight.
