Russian nineteenth century silver gilt spoon with cloisonne enamel in a floral scroll motif and tapered shaped stem. Length measures 6 1/4ins (16cm). Probably Moscow circa 1880, other mark indefinite. The spoon is in good condition with some general light surface scratches and marks. To the detailed areas there is some tarnishing and in places a little wear to the gilding. To the back of the bowl some of the outlines to the cloisonne enamel are a little distorted, this is noticeable on close inspection. Overall the enamel is in good condition with minor chips, marks and spots of discolouration only noticeable on close inspection. Fitted in an associated wooden box.
