FINE CHINESE CARVED IVORY MAIDEN FIGURE - Magnificent Chinese hand carved elephant ivory figure depicting a seated maiden with paddle fan. In her hair is a Phoenix hairpin. She is sitting near rock with teapot and cup. At her feet is lily pads and lotus blossom. Finely relief carved throughout. 19th/20th century. Measures 6 3/4" height x 5" length x 4 1/4" depth (17.1cm x 12.7cm x 10.7cm). Ivory weight of 888 grams.
