A VICTORIAN CASTLE TOP VINAIGRETTE with a view of the Royal Exchange, in high relief, within a raised foliate border, the base with engine-turned decoration, centred by an engraved cartouche, the grille profusely pierced with scrolls and flowerheads, by John Tongue, Birmingham 1844, 43/4cm long.
