An Edward VII silver mounted presentation table centre piece, by William Hutton & Sons Ltd, Sheffield 1901, with an oval glass plate, with cast rams on scrolled dolphin feet at each end above a scallop shell border, the sides with embossed railway, steam ship and building motifs interspersed with embossed Tudor Roses and oak leaves, bearing two inscriptions 'Foundation Stone of the New Law Courts laid by Councillor T. Andrews Oct 23rd 1901' and 'Presented to Councillor Thomas Andrews J.P., Mayor of Cardiff 1900-1901 by Numerous Friends and Citizens April 17th 1902' with engraved signatures of the executive committee
