A Victorian coromandel and brass mounted dressing case with silver mounted fittings by John Howes, London 1858, the pin dish and thirteen silver covered cut glass boxes, bottles and jars engraved with a monogram `AEMS`, on a scroll foliate ground, with a mirror (broken) inside the cover, a fourteen piece steel and mother of pearl manicure set and other implements (complete) and a drawer beneath with a leather writing surface above velvet lined divisions, the lock stamped with a crown and `Patent` beneath and `Mordan & Co. London`, 37.5cm (14 3/4in) wide, with a leather outer case
