AN INTERESTING GLOUCESTERSHIRE PAINTED PINE 30-HOUR LONGCASE CLOCK WITH RACK STRIKING, c.1720, the 4-finned pillar movement with trip repeat lever and unusual motionwork layout, with 11 square brass dial applied with Roman numeral chapter ring, female head pattern spandrels and arched brass plaque inscribed 'John Voyce, Dean' to the matted centre, with ringed dummy winding holes, calendar aperture and pierced steel hour and minute hands, in flat-top naive case with integral hood pilasters, lenticle to the rectangular trunk door and on shortened plinth base, 200cm, (case AF).
