A group of personal memorabilia relating to Group-Captain W.A.Toyne DFC (1917-1994), including silver-plated cigarette-box commemorating his service career, engraved & inscribed 1936-1967, rare original Commission certificate as acting Pilot-Officer, signed by the newly-crowned King inscribed “George R.I.” in red ink (faded) with gilt title, printed and manuscript format with inked signatories of F.W. Bowhill and Donald Banks “by His Majesty’s Command” for the Air Council dated 1937, also with a Graduate Diploma Certificate from USAF War College dated 1954, a printed armorial crest for 213 Fighter Squadron, together with War Service medals group including France & Germany star with Battle of Britain clasp, Aircrew Europe star etc sundry related badges and ephemera including invitation to Royal Garden Party at Buckingham Palace dated 1972 (-)
