Silver Stater, crescent-moon-shaped head right with spiky hair, small face in front, rev. horse right, ring-pole and ornaments above, lyre-shaped ornament below, 6.43g/10h (cf. LT J 14-15; de Jersey fig. 54 II and III; cf. C Rudd FPL 44, no.15). Very fine or better, a variety of the highest rarity Provenance: DNW Auction 42, 8 September 1999, lot 89; M. Richards Collection; C. Rudd FPL 76, July 2004 (8). The ‘Quebec’ provenance previously attributed to this coin is incorrect
