A rare 1951 Festival of Britain Skylon souvenir Biro desk pen, the pen in original packaging, including the printed cellophane cone, the printed cardboard base for the Miles-Martin Pen Co., and the outer presentation box, printed to both sides. NOTE. This pen comes with a note confirming its purchase as a Christmas gift in December 1951, having been bought in Durants, Penzance on 20.12.51 for 25/-. Sold together with The Times Festival of Britain souvenir supplement.
