London: Arabesque Publishing, 1989. 2° (665 x 503mm). 10 lithographs on strong wove paper, each signed by the artist and editioned in pencil, and with Azzawi’s blindstamp. (Title page with minor soiling.) Original linen clamshell case, upper side stamped in red and black and with a lithograph mounted on, spine lettered in black (light wear, light soiling).
FIRST EDITION, WITH TEN LARGE LITHOGRAPHS SIGNED BY AZZAWI. One of only 95 copies, this one number 46 of 89; six additional copies numbered in roman numerals were printed for the collaborators. Rare: AE and ABPC record no copy sold at auction; Artnet apparently lists just a single print from this series (a proof of plate 9, Bonham’s, 9 June 2010, lot 160, £900).
