Together with eighteen other tortoiseshell items, mostly silver-mounted, including an oval box, the cover engraved with a flower, probably Scandinavian, early 18th century, an oval mirror case, probably late 17th/early 18th century, a square box with floral-chased mounts, probably Continental, 18th century (a/f); the remainder mostly late Victorian/Edwardian, vis. a bowl on fluted melon feet, a stand with easel back, an oval pendent photograph frame inlaid with flowers, two circular boxes, a plain oval powder-puff box, a cigarette case inlaid 'A', a pin tray, a plain rectangular box, a shaped oval dressing table tray, London, 1892, a heart-shaped menu holder inscribed 'Xmas 1894', a paper-clip/knife, a book mark with coloured glass eye and legend 'Here Stopped', a small paper knife with diagonally-fluted handle, a plain tortoiseshell vesta case and a plate-mounted mother-of-pearl magnifying glass
