A Paris cylindrical teapot and cover. FIRST HALF OF THE 19TH CENTURY. Painted with a rectangular panel of a shepherd boy before sheep and cattle, the reverse painted with a bagpipe player before animals in landscape, within richly-gilt panels (some rubbing to gilding, minute chipping). 7 7/8 in. (19.8 cm.) high (2).
