A Victorian silver cylindrical preserve jar and cover, the body pierced and engraved with an eagle, bird, dog and trailing floral ornament, with reeded rims, the plain cover with pineapple pattern finial and with scroll shaped handle, 3ins diameter x 3.75ins high, by R.C., London 1870 (weight 5ozs), and blue glass liner for same, and a George V silver preserve spoon, the moulded handle with oval paterae, by C.W., Birmingham 1930
