Third Reich Government Officials Dress Dagger by WKC with Portepee and Dress Hangers, fine untouched example of an original government officials dress dagger with its stylised eagle head pommel, mother of pear grips to both sides and cross guard in the form of eagle and swastika with rayed feathers. Housed in its original scabbard with oakleaf ring mounts. Attached to the grip is the original and correct small type officers portepee for a Government or Diplomatic service dagger. Accompanying the dagger is an original set of the full brocade dagger hangers with green velvet backing and ornate mounts. The brocade on the hangers has oxidised. Standard double edged blade with WKC knights helmet trade mark to the rear. The blade measures 10 ¼ inches, overall 15 ½ inches.
