QUEIRÓS, José Maria Eça de.- [O crime do Padre Amaro].- Revista Occidental: publicação quinzenal.- 1º fascículo, 1º anno, tomo primeiro a 5º fascículo, 1º anno, tomo segundo (15 de Fevereiro a 15 de Julho de 1875).- Lisboa: Escriptorio da Revista Occidental, 1875.- 11 fascículos em 2 vols. [I - 768; II - 637, [1] p.]; 25 cm.- E., Complete set, constituting the original edition of one of the most successful works by Eça de Queirós (1845-1900), published from the first fascicle of the first volume, to the first fascicle of the second and subsequently published in book form (in 1876, 1880 and 1889), but with the introduction, by the author, of numerous changes. The magazine also had the collaboration of Antero de Quental, Gonçalves Crespo, Oliveira Martins, Rodrigues de Freitas, Gomes Leal, Batalha Reis and other figures of Portuguese culture from the 19th century. Each of the volumes retains its respective title page; the second volume preserves the upper covers of the five issues, bound at the end of the volume. The two volumes (11 fascicles) lightly cropped and with slight browning. Contemporary bindings, with leather spines. Everything that was published.
