Please note that unless stated otherwise all cards are  fine/very fine condition and estimated  ¼  to 1/3 catalogue value.  If under this quality it will be reflected in the estimate. When sending cards try to keep the set catalogue  value above £40.  Phone for our Vendors Guide.

PLEASE READ ; TERMS AND CONDITIONS ( bidding indicates agreement of these terms) Email scans  or  colour photocopies can be sent of single items. All lots bought and found to be miss-described will be refunded immediately upon return..

Credit / Debit cards NOT accepted. Paypal accepted (add 5%). Pro forma invoices will be sent to successful postal/internet buyers and lots won will be sent on receipt of payment by cash or UK bank cheque or bank transfer. Our bank is Santander, Bootle, Merseyside L30 4GB. BACS 090154 66441983; IBAN GB43 ABBY 09015466441983.  Please pay within 7 days as we endeavour to pay out vendors within 28. Postage will be Royal Mail signed for or courier at buyers risk unless we are instructed otherwise. Buyer to pay postage costs. Bidding will be in £1 steps up to £20 then £2 steps up to £40, then £5 steps up to £100 then then £20 to £500 then £50. Commission charged to sellers at 15%. Lotting charge £1.50 per lot. No unsold charges are made and unsold lots are automatically re-entered on following Sunday internet timed sale and then if unsold in the next main sale at reduced reserve with no lotting charge. Buyers are charged a buyer’s premium of 15% with a minimum £2 per lot.  VAT is not charged on any lot unless specifically stated in the lot description. We collect large lots nationwide FREE. We NEED lots of good lots!! Whatever you have we can sell for you. Minimum  value for stamp lots £30 please.( unless total lots value exceeds £500) No faulties, 2nds, fillers or Junior collections please. Please ask for our ‘Vendors Guide’ or just send items with a listing to the address above. An acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to you plus our reserves.   Usual turn round time from receipt to pay out can be as little as 5 weeks.  Bids below the reserve are declined. ‘Buy’ bids not accepted. In the event of two bids of the same amount being received for the same lot the first received will win. Room buyers lots are non-returnable once they leave the room.  All sales are held under the standard Philatelic Auctioneers terms. BID EARLY. Next sale is early October 2019. Good lots wanted now please, minimum reserve value £30 please (see note above). Free nationwide collection for large sendings over £500 total reserve value.
