Portrait miniature of Captain/Paymaster Charles Forster Charleton, Northumberland Militia (d.1869)

Provenance: The Charleton family, by descent
Sold together with a portrait miniature by another hand of his wife Jane Charleton (nee Campbell) of Alndyke, Horley, Surrey; a portrait miniature (English School, c.1830) depicting William Charleton (d. 1840 buried at St.Roch Cemetery, Le Havre); and two portrait miniatures by Alexandre Feulard depicting two ladies, both members of the Charleton Family; two unframed watercolour portraits c.1860; together with an album containing various photos c. 1890-1910, these include a small group of photos relating to delegates who had travelled to the 5th Congress of Chambers of Commerce of the Empire in Canada 1903.
