A good clean example, the slightly curved blade with etched decoration of an entwined VR Crowned Cypher, also with the retailerÕs details of Firmin & Son 153 Strand & 13 Conduit St. The hilt of the regulation pattern, gilt brass open folding guard with VR cypher, enclosing a shagreen grip with twist wire binding. The guard lining of black patent leather is present and complete with bullion sword knot. Housed in brass scabbard with two lose rings. Good clean condition etching clear.
