Royal Marine Light Infantry / RM Plymouth Division Band helmet plate circa 1919-52. A good die-stamped brass example. Crowned star bearing laurel wreath with scroll inscribed ""Gibraltar"" to the top and fouled anchor to the junction below. Within the wreath, a strap inscribed ""Per Mare Per Terram"". To the centre, a globe in relief. Nickel Prince of Waless plumes mounted over the crown. Two loops to reverse. GC
