Within a crowned silver Garter, a silver Dragon within a wreath of laurel set on a black velvet ground. Two loops to reverse. VGC SWB had five VB`s. 1st at Brecon; 2nd at Newport, Monmouth; 3rd at Pontypool; 4th at Newport; 5th at Newtown, Montgomeryshire
