A WINCHESTER MODEL 1892 LEVER ACTION RIFLE, 1904. Serial number 273789, .38 W.C.F. caliber, blued barrel with proper roller engraved markings, adjustable rear sight, walnut stock, steel butt plate. Barrel lg. 24, overall lg. 41 7/8 in. **Successful bidder must arrange pickup/transfer through a federal firearms licensee.** **With the enactment of new Massachusetts firearms legislation on October 2, 2024, transfers of ALL post-1898 firearms within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, INCLUDING curio & relic firearms, MUST be processed through a federal firearms dealer. C&R holders from other states must arrange for C&R firearms purchases to be shipped. Condition: Barrel bluing is approx. 50%, frame and lever toned to brown with spots of light oxidation; stock has a repaired break at the wrist, action functions properly, bright bore with sharp rifling.
