MAYER (LUIGI) Views of Palestine, from the Original Drawings of Luigi Mayer, with an Historical and Descriptive Account of the Country, and its Remarkable Places, FIRST EDITION, text in English and French, 24 hand-coloured aquatint plates, watermarks on text and plates dated 1801, tissue guards, occasional light spotting but generally clean, original blue-grey boards, printed label ('Views in Palestine of Jerusalem, Bethlehem, Bethany &c...') on upper cover, neatly rebacked in paper (corners rubbed, light spotting and abrasions), later slipcase [Abbey 369; Atabey 788; Blackmer 1099; Colas 2020], folio (500 x 350mm.), R.
