Künstlerinfo: tschechischer Designer und Architekt (1903-1978), war gelernter Tischler, studierte 1922-26 an der Kunstgewerbeschule in Prag, 1930-46 Chefdesigner bei der Möbelfabrik Spojené UP Závody in Brünn, welche in dieser Zeit zum größten Möbelhersteller Europas wird.
