The French luxury brand S.T. Dupont has its headquarter in Paris and is best known for its lighters. It was founded in 1872 by Simon Tissot-Dupont, and initially concentrated on the manufacture of leather briefcases. From 1884, Dupont supplied ‘Les Grands Magasins du Louvre‘. During the Second World War, there was scarcity of resources and Dupont went to the production of lighters. After the war, it started producing leather bags again. Since the 1930s, S.T. Dupont’s products were used by aristocrats and statesmen. In 1947, the later Queen Elizabeth provided her wedding with Dupont products.

Very minimal wear to case. Pen in overall excellent aesthetic condition.
