Published by Jonathan Cape in 1957.


Book is clean and square with sharp corners, and white, crisp pages. There are no inscriptions and there is no rubbing along the edges of the book. The dust jacket is in near fine condition with bright colours, price intact, and only some age-associated rubbing on the spine ends.
