2 volumes, unpaginated, frontispiece portraits of Burchell, 1 map in each volume, 19 + 20 (13 folding) collotype reproductions with descriptive text (4 + 11 in colour), half red morocco gilt, red cloth sides, marbled endpapers, foxing on plates and text in both volumes, volume 1 has sprinkled edges, volume 2 uncut fore - edge slightly foxed, a good set in the dust jackets.
