A "Kalamazoo Popular" album, hard cover, thick boards in original cloth, original end papers, 33 leafs, 66 pages (not numbered), 295 x 235mm. The collection is made up of a total of 68 post cards (140 x 90mm) in black & white and full colour, 6 colour prints (245 x 170mm) and 4 black & white photographs (200 x 130mm) of ships, as well as 22 post cards of trains, travel sights, 2 magazine articles and 27 small colour cards on motor cars of the period 1915-51.
All tems pasted down, all leafs, with the exception of two, in very good condition, post cards and photographs are clean and in very good condition. Binding is strong and very good+, boards rubbed, spotted, corners worn, hand written title on cover fading. There is a hand written index page which classifies content under: Union Castle Line, Ellerman & Bucknall, O.S.K. Line (Japanese) and Various (mostly war ships). Hand written captions accompany most cards.
