This annual festival was held from 1884-2016 to celebrate the patroness of Vitoria, the Virgen de la Blanca / White Virgin; Vitoria is located in Alava Spain in the Basque Country. Image from reverse slightly visible. Good condition, restored folds, staining, small restored paper loss on margin, backed on linen.
