Original vintage advertising poster for an Indian brand of fireworks Sri Kaliswari Fireworks. Colourful design featuring deities Vishnu and Ganesha. Sri Kaliswari Fireworks Private Limited, Sivakasi is one of the leading manufacturers of fire works in India. Established in 1923 by Sri. A. Shunmuga Nadar, the company manufactures "Cock" brand Fireworks of different varieties such as Sparklers, Crackers, Ground Wheels, Pin Wheels, Flower Pots, Rockets, Fancy and Novelty items. The company started with the production of Safety Matches, later expanding into Colour Matches and entering production of fireworks with manufacture of Sparklers. The company were pioneers bringing fireworks to the Indian Nation. Today, they have as many as twenty five factories employing 9,000 workers. Their products are manufactured with Pyrotechnic Aluminium Powder Combination as well as Black Powder Combination. Vishnu is one of the principal deities of Hinduism. The "preserver" in the Hindu triad (Trimurti), Vishnu is revered as the supreme being in Vaishnavism as identical to the metaphysical concept of Brahman (Atman, the self, or unchanging ultimate reality), and is notable for adopting various incarnations (such avatars as Rama and Krishna) to preserve and protect dharmic principles whenever the world is threatened with evil, chaos, and destructive forces. In the Smarta Tradition of Hinduism, Vishnu is also one of the five equivalent deities worshipped in Panchayatana puja. Ganesha, or Ganesh, also known as Ganapati and Vinayaka, is one of the best-known and most worshipped deities in the Hindu pantheon. His image is found throughout India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Bali (Indonesia) and Bangladesh and in countries with large ethnic Indian populations including Fiji, Mauritius and Trinidad and Tobago. Hindu denominations worship him regardless of affiliations. Devotion to Ganesha is widely diffused and extends to Jains and Buddhists. Good condition, folds, creasing, tears. We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes.  We use DPD for postage in the UK  and signed and tracked service (DPD, DHL or others) for international shipments. 

We aim to dispatch items within 1-2 working days and notify customers if there is any delay. Delivery to UK addresses usually takes 2-3 working days. Delivery to international addresses varies depending on destination and usually takes 5-10 working days.
