A rare and previously unrecorded vase designed by William Moorcroft for Macintyre & Co, possibly an inspiration for/trial of the early Florian peacock design, with tubelined and incised decoration, printed Macintyre marks to base and green W Moorcroft signature, height 30cm (chip to rim, some crazing and firing crack/blemish to lower body) (Illustrated).
