INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. The highest bidder will be the buyer. If there is any dispute, the auctioneer’s decision will be final.
2. All lots are sold as seen, and you are deemed to have viewed and satisfied yourself as to the age, condition and authenticity of the lot. Please speak to a member of staff for any advice.
3. No warranties or guarantees are given.
4. All descriptions are as accurate as possible, and where there is a fault, we will endeavor to notify such with A/F in description.
5. Commission is charged at 21% including internet surcharge and vat.
6. Payment must be made within 4 days of receiving an invoice.
7. Payment can be made by either cash on collection , credit / debit card and bank transfer.
8. Most items can be posted but please enquire first.
