Bids will only be accepted if you have had a report and happy to proceed from information sent.
You must reply to condition report e mail to register to bid with Name, Address and Phone number if not bidding online
Likewise after a phone report we need an e mail confirming Name, Address and Phone number
As a consequence of fifth anti money laundering directive we Inmans Ltd will be registered as an Art Market Participant with HMRC, placing Due Diligence obligations to know our clients. Bidders will be asked to supply identification as requested by ourselves depending on level of spend over a twelve month period. If spending over 10,000 euros we will require a minimum of a passport or driving licence and a recent utility bill.
When not present our preferred method of payment is bank transfer, credit cards upto £400 with copy of recent bill or Debit Card upto £10,000. If present debit/credit card or cash upto £8000.
If in doubt check with auctioneer before bidding. When paying transfer from abroad we need to pass on £10 charge charged by our Bank
Your data when supplied is held on file only for VAT purposes under Auctioneers Margin Scheme and not used for marketing and you have right to be informed
