An early 20th Century French tortoiseshell cased and 9 carat gold mounted bedside clock, the movement inscribed "French movement", with circular and enamel dial and Roman numerals to the chapter ring (dial cracked), raised on four ball feet, 7.5 cm high
CONDITION REPORTS
Not working. There is a crack running from the top of the hinge on the side of the case. Is faded and discoloured to top and left hand edges on the side as you look at it. There is cracking to the face. Surface scratching, etc, thoughout. There is a crack visible to the inside top corner edge above the hinge, only visible under light. The feet have some knocks and bumps, especially the back right hand corner. Otherwise general wear and tear conducive with age and use. See images for further detail.
