Waqfiyyah portant la tughra du Sultan Bayezid II (r. 1481-1512), Turquie, daté du 10 Muharram 897H. Le document mentionne l'organisation de la distribution de la nourriture aux pauvres, les prières et différents rituels annuels. Elle est financée par les 4/5 des récoltes d'un vaste champ de rizières.Sitti Nefise Hatune est la fille du célèbre chroniqueur et haut fonctionnaire du règne de Bayezid II, Oruç Bey. Il est l'auteur de l'une des premières histoires complètes de la dynastie ottomane et parmi les historiens les plus importants du XVe siècle.
