Late Georgian Rebus Letter dated 1822 Liverpool. Framed Letter is written in Copperplate calligraphy in ink. The Paper has embossed border and company name Dobbs Patent. Each individual picture is a detailed, hand drawn depiction of an individual letter or 'letters' in some cases. Interestingly, the letter mentions Dobbs Men, by the lady who has drawn this. Called Elizabeth T/Gee?. Overall condition is superb for age with only slight discolouration of the paper to one side and the same on the other.
