We are aware people may require postage which is why we have recently stated offering that service. All items will be packed and sent to the best of our ability. However once these items are handed over to Royal Mail Featonbys Auctioneers are not liable for the items. We are happy to provide a tracking number if they have been sent Special Delivery however any issues within transit is out of our hands. Once payment has been received Featonby’s will take that as you are happy with this and are happy for us to post them off. Packages will start being sent off on a Friday to a Monday so please allow that time before enquiring about the location of your parcel.
