STORAGE: Items MUST be picked up or shipped out of our building within 10-Days of auction end. On the 11th day Treasureseeker Auction has the option to charge a storage fee of $25 per item per day. On the 31st day Treasureseeker Auction has the option to resell the item, under bidders name, at 35% commission no minimums, no reserves. 

Treasureseeker Auctions, LLC reserves the right to withdraw any item at any time before the start of sale. Treasureseeker Auctions, LLC and/or Auctioneer reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder. In the event of any dispute between bidders, or in the event the auctioneer doubts the validity of any bid, the auctioneer shall have sole and final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the item in dispute.
