THE ROLLING STONES - THE ROLLING STONES LP (FIRST UK 1A/1A '2.52 TELL ME' PRESSING - DECCA LK 4605). An essential cut for anyone serious about collecting Stone's records here with the very first UK pressing of the band's landmark April 1964 LP. This original copy contains the shorter '2.52' version of Tell Me with the matrix: XARL-6271-1A XARL-6272-1A. Deep-groove unboxed red labels are bright and legible, both sides have spindle wear around the centre holes. The record is in G+ condition displaying surface marks and scuffs, some slightly feelable. Unfortunately, the record does skip a couple of times towards the start of side 2 and the record is lightly ‘dished’. The sleeve is in VG condition with peeling to the laminate as well as creasing to the edges/ storage wear.

Four Rolling Stones Decca early 1970s reissued classic albums, Including Rolling Stones No.2 which is a boxed Decca label red mono pressing with matrix numbers A- XARL - 6619- 2A and XARL-6620-2A, Out of Our Heads which is a boxed Decca label blue stereo pressing with matrix numbers A- ZAL-6973-1W and B ZAL- 6974-1W, Beggars Banquet, which is a boxed Decca label blue stereo pressing with matrix numbers A- XZAL- 8476 1K and XZAL-8477-1K and Big Hits (High Tide and Green Grass) which is a boxed Decca light blue label stereo pressing with matrix numbers A-XZAL- 7503-6D and B- XZAL-7504-6D and all have the original poly lined inner sleeves, (4) The vinyl of all four records is in superb condition with little evidence of any marks or hairline scratches with all covers whilst showing slight signs of storage wear and some age related marks being very strong with good edges.  These represent four very nice copies from the early to mid 1970s reissue catalogue. Provenance: from the private collection of a senior former EMI employee.

Fury on motorcycle to right, edge hallmarked rce .925 London 1999, 123 x 51mm, 438.44g. Extremely fine and very rare £140-£180 --- Provenance: bt Simmons, March 2002 Edition of 5. Billy Fury, aka Ronald Wycherley (1940-83), was a rock ‘n’ roll star and actor. His hit song In Thoughts of You was released posthumously in 1987 by Decca Records.

ARZACHEL - 1969 Original Vinyl LP Record the only record this band released. Pressed in the UK the sleeve has a little crinkling but the vinyl still has a nice sheen and is very good plus. Evolution Records cat no Z 1003. Arzachel released one album in 1969. This band was the reformation of Uriel who had changed its name to Egg in January 1969 after the departure of their guitarist Steve Hillage. Since the members of Egg had just signed an exclusive deal with Decca when they were offered to record a psychedelic album by another label, they reunited with Steve Hillage under the name Arzachel in June 1969. On the released LP the band members used pseudonyms.

1960s Music Autographs - a collection of x4 original Decca Records 6x4" promotional postcards for 1960s bands, each signed, including: The Small Faces, Alan Price, The Poets and The Moody Blues. Each signed to the front in blue / red ink by all members. Various conditions (some with folds). Each obtained by the vendor, a Bath gentleman who worked at The Pavilion in the 1960s.
