A vast array of collectables and memorabilia is being offered for sale this week at Unique Auctions of Lincolnshire.

The live auction - dubbed the 'Ultimate Hoarders Auction' - runs over four days and includes more than 2000 lots. The items come from an astounding stash uncovered after an unnamed 63 year-old man in Nottingham passed away. A house, a flat and two garages were found to be crammed with parcels and purchases.

The collection spans a broad range of categories and in many cases more than one of the same item is available in separate lots meaning that if you find something you want then the bidding competition for it might be spread across more than one lot, giving you a better chance of securing it for a good price.

Here are just a few of the categories on offer:

TV show and film memorabilia

If you enjoyed watching classic TV shows when you were young then you should find something of interest from programmes such as Thunderbirds, Stingray, Joe 90, Batman, Space 1999, Star Trek, Dr Who and The X Files.

Film collectables include a range of James Bond items.
