Five examples of Milanese design going under the hammer at Bonhams
03 March 2025 Bonhams' online auction of March 12 comprises nearly 90 works by Milanese designer Roberto Giulio Rida (1943).
This unique and impressed pair of 'Tegoline Verdi' table lamps in brass and glass by Roberto Giulio Rida from 2021 are offered at Bonhams with an estimate of €4000-6000.
His works feature materials that were essential to Italian design in the early 20th century, particularly crystal, Murano glass, wood and metal.
These designs include furniture, lamps, mirrors and boxes.
