Commission Rates, Fees and Bidding Options

Buyers: 20% Commission on the hammer price plus additional Saleroom fee of 4.95% plus VAT will be charged on the hammer price.

All Internet Buyers:
Payment strictly by bank transfer only and must be made within 24 hours of receiving a invoice.
An invoice for payment including bank details will be emailed within 48 hours  after the Auction.

Telephone Bidding:
Telephone bidding is available at the discretion of the auctioneer.

Other Information for Buyers:
The Auctioneers are the agents for both the vendors and buyers. All items offered for sale are sold as seen with no guarantee of any kind given or implied unless stated by the auctioneer. All sizes and weight measurements are approximate.

Some catalogue descriptions may make reference to condition, however omission of such a reference does not imply that a Lot is free from defect nor does any reference to a particular defect imply the absence of others. Please make yourself aware of age, condition, authenticity, origin etc. before bidding as the auctioneer cannot be held responsible for descriptions and/or accuracy concerning any catalogued items.
